The Woodbury University ID card also serves as your library card, your meal card, and provides access to your campus housing and/or studio space.
Please follow the guidance for each category listed below to obtain a WU ID.
New students requesting an ID for the first time
Please submit your ID request by filling out this form.
Student replacement ID
Please send an email to helpdeskcampussecurity@woodbury.edu with subject line: "student replacement ID" and include the following information:
- Full name
- Woodbury email address
- Phone number
- Student ID #
- Are you an undergraduate or graduate student? Please choose one.
- Are you registered at the Burbank or San Diego campus? Please choose one.
- Name of your program or major
- Include a picture of yourself against a white or off-white background from just below your shoulders to just above the top of your head, facing forward; no hat, sunglasses, or mask. Photo should be .jpg format. PLEASE NOTE: IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU SUBMIT A NEW PICTURE RATHER THAN RE-USING THE ONE FROM YOUR LAST ID
There is a $10 charge for a replacement ID card.
Faculty, Staff, Alumni, Emeritus, Emerita
Please send an email to helpdeskcampussecurity@woodbury.edu with the subject line: "WU ID request," and include the following information:
- Full name
- Woodbury email address
- Phone number
- ID type requested (Faculty, Staff, Alumni, Emeritus/Emerita)
- Will you pick your ID up at the Burbank or San Diego campus? Please choose one.
- Name of your program/department (current faculty/staff only)
- Include a picture of yourself against a white or off-white background from just below your shoulders to just above the top of your head, facing forward; no hat, sunglasses, or mask. Photo should be .jpg format.
