Writing Center: MLA

MLA Formatting

MLA (Modern Language Association) is the style of formatting used when writing about the liberal arts and humanities. While not used as often as APA at Woodbury, some professors still ask for papers to be written using MLA format. Whether you're new to the style, or you've been working with it for a long time and forgot something, hopefully this page can help!

Purdue OWL is our favorite source for answers to questions regarding MLA formatting.
