Receive written feedback on your writing project within 24 hours (48 hours in the summer). No meeting with a tutor is necessary.
Submit a paper as a Microsoft Word or PowerPoint doc here and receive an email with written feedback within 24 hours, 7 days a week. (No face-to-face meeting is needed.)
Special note: Our “written feedback” option only allows Microsoft Word docs and PowerPoints because we can add comments and edits. We cannot do this with PDFs. All Woodbury students have access to the entire Microsoft Suite through their school emails. Look for the blue Word icon on the upper left side of your email page.
Students can also download the suite through Microsoft by going to this site and typing in their Woodbury email address.
Finally, most other programs allow you to save your paper as a Word document.
NOTE THAT VIRTUAL AND IN-PERSON APPOINTMENTS ARE NOT AVAILABLE IN THE SUMMER UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
Starting May 23, 2022, students will be able to submit their writing projects for written feedback.
See button to the left.
Choose "virtual" or "in-person" when making your appointment.
All "in-person" sessions held in Whitten Student Center. (Turn right at reception desk)

Please see the button on the left side of this page for more information.
We MAY open later in July for virtual, one-on-one tutoring sessions. Please check in regularly for further details.
Any WU student has the option of meeting with Prof. Laila Dahan for writing assistance. Prof. Dahan holds an MA in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL), an MA in international relations, and a Ph.D. in language education. You'll find Prof. Dahan listed with the student tutors on our schedule when you make an appointment. You may also contact her directly at Laila.Dahan@Woodbury.edu.
After your in-person tutoring session, you'll receive an email with a survey from us. Please fill it out and let us know how we're doing. Thanks!
