Curriculum Committee forms:
Topics Course Notification: September 
1st for course to run the following Spring or Summer semester; February 1st for course to run the following Fall semester
Incidental Change Proposal (INC): New submittal deadline is: September 1

Modifying Change Proposal (MOD): New submittal deadline is: 
September 1

Educational Planning (EPC) Committee forms:
Strategic Change Proposal (STR) : 
New submittal deadline is: September 1
(The Policy or Structure Change Proposal form was merged with the Strategic Change Proposal form and are now one form)

Please name your file using this format:

DEPT_MOD/SUB/INC/PRO_course#
e.g. FILM_MOD_101

MOD = Modifying change
STR = Strategic change
INC = Incidental change
PRO = Program review

Proposal Owner: Send URL of your LibGuide to Raida Gatten to create your "Signatures & Comments page."

People who need to sign or comment:

  1. click on the "Signatures & Comments" tab above
  2. click on appropriate discussion title
  3. click on 'reply' located at bottom right of discussion box
  4. click on 'Login to Library' (under discussion box)
  5. click on 'reply' again once logged in
  6. type in your comment/signature for approval
  7. click on 'Create reply'
