Looking for sample self-reflections? Look here under the 'Self reflection' section.

Looking for sample rank advancement applications? Look here.

Your account and profile

If you've used LibGuides before, you may have already received an email with your starting username and password when your friendly librarians created an account for you. If you have not received such information, then you need to request an account be made for you by contacting our campus LibGuides administrator.

Logging in:

  • Go to the Woodbury Library website at: https://library.woodbury.edu
  • In the lower right corner, click on "Login to LibApps" (this link also appears at the bottom of every page on LibGuides).
  • Enter your Woodbury email address (including @woodbury.edu) and your LibGuides password.
    • If you've forgotten your password, click on the "Forgot my password" link.  Make sure you enter your Woodbury email account.

Changing your password:

  • Once logged in, click on your email address to the top right (in the orange bar).
  • Enter a new password and click 'save.'

Your profile picture and contact information is controlled centrally so that you can edit it once and have the change take affect everywhere that your profile appears. To edit your profile box or profile page, click on 'Home' on the top orange bar. Then, click the pencil 'edit' icon to the top right of your profile box. Here you can change your picture, contact information, and other details.

Your profile box

Your profile (see to the right) appears, by default, in the top left of your LibGuides page. It includes an image, and contact information. For librarians, it also includes a list of the subject areas you cover.
